  The ONLY heat we have in this old uninsullated farmhouse is provided by four propane heaters. We are route customers and I ALWAYS PAY THE BILL VIA ONLINE BILL PAY within an hour of the delivery truck leaving the driveway. Before Ayden Oil was bought out by Mallard, if we EVER had a problem, the guy was out here as soon as possible. Ayden Oil was the best. Before we were Ayden Oil customers we had been long time Winterville Gas route customers and only changed to Ayden Oil when the Winterville Gas business was taken over by Ferrellgas and the customer service deteriorated to horrible.
  Since the Mallard Oil buyout the same thing has happened to customer service. There is apparently one guy who "mans" the Ayden store and does everything. I called this morning as early as I dared and was told that it would be a WEEK before they could address my issue (pilot light won't stay on in my studio where I teach little kids) and I am less than three miles from the office. The pilot light just stopped working last night. Mallard Oil (aka Ayden Oil) SUCKS.
