  I have been a faithful customer with Lena for over ten years and in the last two years Lena have falling off. I have spent over two hundred dollars each visits over the ten years. But within the last visits Lena seem to forget her faith customer over the years. The last two visit just to get two Eye lash repairs and we just left. If customers who are willing to travel 50 plus miles to patronize and no more considering is not appreciate then it is time to leave this business alone. The first point is why not offer appointments. The second point is why not give quality produce when people send big money. The last point hire more help if you are overwhelmed hire more qaulity based help. I am not sure i will ever return because money comes hard and is too easy to go for people who forgets who have help them build their wealth.
